Are you interested in joining WPMF as a student?

​

Students applying should have an INTERMEDIATE level of competence in their instrument of choice.

 

We offer instruction in the following:

• Guitar

• Bass

• Keyboards

• Drums

• Vocal training

• Introduction to live sound

Please send us as much information as possible by filling out this form.

Once we receive your information, it will be reviewed by the instructors to see if a seat is available.  At this time, we are only accepting students in middle school or older.  Please note that spaces are limited.  If you are not accepted right away, there is an option to be placed on a wait-list.

If you are accepted into the WPMF, you, or your legal guardian, will be expected to agree to, and sign

• a liability waiver,

• a photo/video release, and

• a code of conduct.

If you are 19 or older, you must provide a a criminal record check.
